📋 Description

• Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations on sales performance, agent productivity, customer experience, and market trends • Develop recommendations to improve sales productivity and drive efficiencies • Coordinate product rollouts, sales initiatives, communication strategies, technology integration, process optimization, and profitability actions • Assist territory and market leadership with project management, presentation preparation, and communication initiatives • Support leadership on ad-hoc projects, including problem resolution • Coordinate territory and market meetings across stakeholders, including agendas, communication, logistics, speakers, and content • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree preferred • 3-5 years of experience in insurance field operations, marketing or similar role required • Experience with data analysis preferred • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data • Ability to develop recommendations to improve sales productivity and drive efficiencies • Experience coordinating product rollouts, sales initiatives, communication strategies, technology integration, process optimization, and profitability actions • Project management, presentation preparation, and communication capabilities • Ability to coordinate territory and market meetings, including agendas, communication, logistics, speakers, and content
