📋 Description

• Serve existing and prospective clients across financial planning disciplines including retirement, tax strategy, equity compensation, real estate, and estate coordination • Support senior advisor client relationships and take on increasing ownership over time • Handle new client inquiries and leads — turning warm introductions into long-term relationships • Prospect for new clients through referrals, community engagement, and professional networks • Leverage Farther's technology and planning tools to deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience • Contribute to team operations and support internal succession planning as the practice grows

🎯 Requirements

• Series 65 or 66 license required • 2+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management • Strong foundation in financial planning concepts — retirement, investment management, tax basics • Relationship-first mindset with genuine care for clients' long-term outcomes • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment • Self-starter who can manage a pipeline and own follow-through
