📋 Description

• Provide course-coordination services for designated public and private training engagements across assigned product lines • Coordinate courseware, labs, training materials, virtual meeting invitations, student and instructor communications, and approved instructor travel arrangements • Process student enrollments for public classes, including internal bookings, web bookings, and special programs • Assist Operations Managers with logistics management for private classes • Order and distribute pre-class courseware and labs • Distribute class joining instructions and instructor information emails • Create and provide platform support for ILO, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams-delivered events • Create MTMs and provide during-class student Q&A and support • Track attendance and input post-class MTM results into EMAN/SP • Order and distribute exam vouchers • Send thank-you and missing-evaluation emails • Answer incoming calls and web inquiries about Fast Lane offerings • Provide student support for public classes • Manage vendor platforms for operational tasks and administration • Plan and schedule cost-effective external training venues, travel, and logistics • Support Finance with revenue and expense coding in the CRM • Maintain and develop processes to proactively manage service-level requirements for customers and vendors • Provide reporting to vendors and customers • Support inter-departmental initiatives, including new course and program implementation, budgeting, equipment purchasing, timelines, and certification requirements • Work closely with Sales, Product Line Management, Alliances, Finance, and other internal teams • Report to the Operations Delivery Manager • Pursue performance objectives involving CSAT, SME bench growth, gross margin, and team efficiency through process improvement and automation
