📋 Description

• Define, evangelize, and execute a data product roadmap serving sellers with actionable insights inside and outside the FastSpring ecosystem • Gather data use cases from external and internal customers to craft a next-generation data warehouse and partner with data engineering on implementation • Identify and prioritize product opportunities using research and understanding of customer challenges and market trends • Work with an agile development team to define user stories, research technical solutions, coordinate delivery, and drive adoption • Gather and synthesize user feedback to identify, prioritize, and champion product opportunities • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases, prioritize product ideas, and gain organizational alignment • Build market and user understanding through customer and stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and industry research • Test and validate ideas, present fact-based prioritization rationale, and establish and measure success metrics • Define and measure feature success using objective and observable criteria • Report to the VP of Product, who reports to the CPTO

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment • Understanding of data pipelines, schemas, and the tools that enable them • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or equivalent analytical tools • Experience with Data APIs • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; able to synthesize and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences • Problem-solving and get-stuff-done attitude • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple high-priority tasks • Experience with aspects of payments including payment processors and gateways, acquiring banks, card networks, authorizations, and settlements preferred
