• Responsible for the acquisition, growth and maintenance of HireRight’s data sources • Ensures the data sources are consistent with HireRight quality standards • Provide accurate, timely, and professional feedback related to evaluation and analysis of the data sources • Understand HireRight’s systems and departmental processes • Coordinate data acquisition targets to advance HireRight’s competitive advantage • Analyze data depth, coverage, and return on investment • Identify and implement acquisition process efficiencies • Contribute to maintenance of source documentation while ensuring version control • Interact with team members and other departments as a trainer and subject matter expert (SME) • Maintain business relationships with existing data source providers and initiate contact for data updates • Investigate source maintenance issues by working directly with providers, courts, and personnel providing data acquisition instruction as necessary.
• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Bachelor's or Criminal Justice Degree preferred • Prior documentation and research experience • Training experience a plus • Computer literacy in an Internet/Windows environment is required • Proper verbal communication skills are required • Experience managing multiple projects and changing priorities • Purchasing or supply chain experience a plus.
