📋 Description

• Manage development and marketing operational analytics • Translate strategy into data capture and analytics requirements • Serve as subject matter expert for multi-channel direct marketing backend operations • Define and oversee data management processes for fundraising effectiveness • Advise on backend data segmentation and criteria for direct marketing campaigns and ongoing jobs • Develop, distribute, and maintain business documentation and ensure compliance with business rules for Direct Marketing and Digital operations • Collaborate with marketing agencies, IT partners, and internal Marketing and Development stakeholders on maintenance and ad-hoc changes • Lead operational reporting and analytics projects using visualization tools to derive insights from complex data • Build expertise in Feeding America's Salesforce configuration and data warehouse, particularly donations, campaigns, CRM integration, and data analytics • Provide SQL and reporting best-practice guidance for Marketing, Development, Finance, donor data, and General Ledger datafeeds • Manage and onboard direct reports, including training and orientation materials • Oversee assigned tasks, responsibilities, document statuses, and timelines • Manage data quality-control processes and data hygiene for fundraising effectiveness • Identify organizational impacts, establish QC measures, document processes, and implement or oversee implementation • Define and collaborate on team projects, system upgrades, and migrations • Gather requirements and feedback from cross-departmental stakeholders for deliverables • Perform other responsibilities and tasks assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a user or manager of a fundraising CRM or database solutions • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical staff, non-technical staff, all levels of management, and partners • Experience with record maintenance and data hygiene across database systems • 6+ years of professional team experience or related experience working in direct marketing, data integrity and operations, or philanthropy operations • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and follow up • Advanced SQL programming experience and ability to utilize best practices and teach coding solutions • Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, dashboard creation, and operational analytics • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and macro creation • Experience using a database system in a philanthropy, financial, or sales environment • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud preferred/a plus • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
