• 5 years of field marketing or event marketing experience, preferably within a B2B tech or SaaS environment • Experience supporting or working alongside senior marketing leaders, with the ability to take strategic direction and run independently • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, partnerships in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel regionally as needed to support events, customer engagements, and field marketing activities
