📋 Description

• Lead and manage automation projects from initiation to completion • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget • Lead EPC, contractor, and end-user projects • Collaborate with various teams to build project guidelines • Partner with internal teams to complete projects • Build and sustain solid customer connections • Provide accurate quotes, timely builds, and efficient delivery • Conduct project meetings and prepare status updates • Drive alignment with Ferguson’s Intentional Product Strategy (IPS) • Find opportunities for process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management or automation/engineered products experience • Background in valve automation, engineered packages, or complex project environments • Strong organizational skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Project) • Outstanding communication abilities • Capacity to travel occasionally as needed for projects and/or training
