📋 Description

• Utilize Customer Relationship Management through Salesforce CRM and via phone • Answer calls from internal and external customers • Provide general information and address and resolve customer concerns or questions • Identify and escalate priority issues through appropriate channels • Place orders via inbound phone calls • Provide website support, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers on website features • Provide pre- and post-order support for Ferguson.com customers • Seek opportunities to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction • Contribute to achieving or surpassing team goals and targets

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of Trilogie experience and manual order placement • Understanding of Ferguson blended products • Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, comprehend, and compose professional emails • Ability to manage time, priorities, and workload independently and with supervision • Reliability, punctuality, and consistency • High level of integrity and professionalism • Digital literacy, including Microsoft Office • Stable internet when working remotely • Dedicated workspace when working remotely • Adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to customer service, data privacy, and security
