📋 Description

• Develop, deliver, and refine ad hoc analysis, financial models, and business cases to support a rapidly changing business environment • Build in-depth analytics to challenge and support business decisions • Utilize AI to support and substantiate analysis • Provide financial analysis, forecast, and insights to aid in decision making • Communicate financial results to business leaders and the finance management team • In-depth analysis of sales and margin performances across segments • Support month end reporting needs to business leaders • Forecast update / identifying items not visible in the numbers driving the forecast • Prepare and deliver reporting to senior leadership and collaborate with departments outside of finance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting or equivalent work experience • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft O365 (especially Excel) • Microsoft Power BI experience and/or SQL knowledge a plus • Wholesale / Distribution experience preferred but not required • Practical experience using AI-enabled tools preferred but not required • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong analytical and modeling skills • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations for senior leaders • Ability to work in both a collaborative team environment and independently
