📋 Description

• Own and deliver Android features for rewards discovery and shoppable content. • Build experiences for browsing and saving offers and linking purchases back to Fetch. • Integrate with partner APIs and marketing technology systems to ensure accurate rewards attribution. • Optimize shoppability flows for performance and ease of use. • Collaborate with product and design to improve offer discovery and activation. • Monitor and improve engagement metrics, user adoption, and rewards redemption. • Work with backend, data, and marketing technology teams on partner integrations and e-commerce capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of hands-on experience developing and releasing Android applications. • Strong command of Android fundamentals and modern tools/libraries, including Kotlin, Jetpack, Coroutines, and Compose. • Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks including JUnit, Espresso, and Compose Testing. • Experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Dagger. • Hands-on experience with Room or equivalent local persistence solutions. • Ability to contribute to architecture, modularization, and component design in a large codebase. • Experience working within cross-functional teams to ship user-focused features. • Strong debugging, profiling, and performance-tuning skills. • Effective communication and ability to align technical work with product goals. • Experience with team-based development. • Comfort navigating ambiguity, proposing paths forward, and driving outcomes. • AI-forward mentality and willingness to explore tools that improve engineering efficiency.
