📋 Description

• Professionally handle incoming calls and resolve inquiries and issues promptly and thoroughly • Manage a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner • Research and document call reasons and resolutions, focusing on privacy regulations • Handle inquiries in the best interest of the customer and company • Provide quality service and support to Financial Advisors, Claimants, Exchange Companies, and Funeral Home Assignment Companies • Follow documented procedures and guidelines when providing service to F&G customers • Provide guidance, mentorship, or subject matter expertise to others as needed • Perform other functions, duties, and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ year of relevant experience in customer service or call center, preferably in the insurance industry • Basic understanding of F&G’s structure and product/service offerings • Ability to handle customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly • Ability to self-organize, set priorities, and manage workload • Basic awareness of digital techniques, methods, and tools • Understanding of basic data concepts • Risk awareness and understanding of risk mitigation strategies • Regular and punctual attendance • Ability to perform primarily sedentary work with extended sitting and regular computer use • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time • Ability to follow documented procedures and guidelines • Ability to provide status updates and contribute to team deliverables
