📋 Description

• Answer approximately 50–60 customer calls throughout the day regarding disability and FMLA claims • Initiate claims through multiple applications and platforms • Educate customers and employers about FMLA and disability products • Ensure claims and leaves are accurately taken and documented • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders by email and phone • Meet customer expectations through independent, flexible and responsive handling of routine work • Identify, recommend and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives • Support a positive customer experience as the first point of contact for employees/members

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 0–1+ years of administrative support, customer service and/or data entry experience directly related to the position responsibilities • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps; 25 Mbps preferred • Preferred: data entry and research experience in a fast-paced environment • Ability to maneuver through multiple systems as needed • Availability for six weeks of Monday–Friday training from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST, with no time off during training • Availability to work an eight-hour Monday–Friday shift between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST
