📋 Description

• Manage a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner • Provide accurate information regarding Life and Annuity new business • Research, review, document, and resolve complex customer issues • Professionally handle incoming calls and resolve inquiries efficiently • Handle inquiries in the best interest of the customer and company • Handle complex customer issues and escalations • Mentor new hires and less tenured representatives • Provide service and support to Financial Advisors, Policy Holders, and Internal Business Partners • Perform administrative tasks and duties • Back up the team lead by monitoring queues and handling escalated situations • Perform other assigned functions, duties, and projects

🎯 Requirements

• High School degree • 3+ years in customer service or call center • Preferably experience in the insurance or financial services industry • Experience focused on customer service, documentation and/or processing • High-level understanding of F&G structure and product/service offerings • Ability to handle complex customer cases toward resolution • Ability to work independently, self-organize, set priorities, and manage workload • Understanding of digital techniques, methods, and tools used at F&G • Understanding of advanced data concepts • Risk awareness and understanding of risk mitigation strategies • Regular and punctual attendance • Some travel may be required, less than 10%
