📋 Description

• Make outbound phone calls on behalf of the Republican Party to encourage voting • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts courteously, professionally, and promptly • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues • Research systems for missing information and coordinate with other departments • Follow client program processes, scripts, policies, and procedures • Use systems and technology for account-management tasks • Document and process customer claims accurately • Use knowledge bases and training to answer customer questions • Protect confidential and personal information • Escalate customer issues to appropriate staff and managers • Achieve first-call resolution through effective problem solving and call handling • Attend meetings and training and review updated training materials • Maintain required attendance and work schedules • Support customer service, technical support, and customer sales interactions across the country

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience with data entry using a computer • Ability to read and speak English fluently • Wired, high-speed internet connection with download speed of 20 Mbps or higher • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within operating hours, including training • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Familiarity with computers and Windows PC applications, and ability to learn complex computer systems • Highly reliable, with regular attendance and punctuality • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation • Customer-service orientation • Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage • Strong team orientation and customer focus • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to undergo a Level II background/security investigation with fingerprinting • Must be willing to undergo drug screening • One year of customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support experience in a contact center environment is preferred, not required • State or federal work experience is preferred, not required
