📋 Description

• Responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide liquidity, funding and capital markets strategies • Monitor liquidity metrics and provide analysis and recommendations • Lead evaluation and execution of funding alternatives • Develop short-term liquidity strategies and optimize cash forecasting processes • Prepare executive reporting and materials for governance forums • Identify opportunities to enhance Treasury processes • Provide guidance, mentorship, or subject matter expertise to others

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, Actuarial, Business or related field • 15+ years of professional finance experience in life & annuity insurance companies or banking firms • 5+ years of experience in Treasury/Capital Markets • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills • Strong knowledge of fixed income markets, corporate finance, and company valuation methods in the Insurance sector • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills • Bloomberg proficiency
