📋 Description

• Lead copy development across multiple brands and integrated campaigns. • Partner with cross-functional teams to create strategically driven, award-worthy work. • Mentor and develop Copy Supervisors, Senior Copywriters, and junior writers. • Champion the use of AI to accelerate creative ideation, streamline workflows, and elevate creative output. • Present work to clients and senior leadership with confidence. • Ensure creative excellence, brand consistency, and medical accuracy across all deliverables. • Stay ahead of healthcare, cultural, digital, and AI trends to inspire innovative thinking.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical agency. • Proven experience leading teams, mentoring writers, and presenting to clients. • Deep understanding of healthcare communications, the MLR process, and AI tools that support creative development. • Portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work required.
