📋 Description

• Analyze current business process design • Conduct workshops and technical configuration in the Group Reporting solution • Collect business requirements and apply best practices to solution design • Perform functional and configuration activities in Group Reporting • Apply knowledge of GL, asset accounting, controlling, and profitability process areas • Address compliance and statutory requirements, including IFRS and GAAP accounting rules • Work with GR, BW, SAC, BPC, S/4, and Fiori apps • Participate in business workshops and propose TO BE processes • Configure, implement, and unit test SAP GR • Load historical data into Group Reporting • Set up currency translation and reporting with different conversion rates • Set up cash flow reporting rules • Reconcile legal entities and resolve reconciliation issues • Integrate Group Reporting with systems such as SAC • Set up Data Monitor, Consolidation Monitor, and elimination tasks • Report Group Reporting data through Fiori apps, Analysis Office, and SAC reports • Manage journals and Flexi uploads in Group Reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of implementation and support experience across different industries in SAP BPC consolidation • At least 2 end-to-end implementations in SAP GR Consolidation covering Scope, Design, Build, and Test phases • Ability to participate in business workshops, gather business requirements, and propose TO BE processes according to best practices • Very strong business process knowledge across SAP core functions, including S/4HANA Finance/FICO • Good knowledge of SAP GR back-end configuration, implementation, and unit testing • Knowledge of GR objects including FS item master data, consolidation units, consolidation groups, version, special version, fiscal year variant, and architecture design • Knowledge of historical data loading from different systems to Group Reporting • Knowledge of currency translation in Group Reporting and handling different currency reporting with different conversion rates • Experience setting up reporting rules for cash flow • Hands-on experience reconciling legal entities and resolving reconciliation issues • Experience integrating GR with other systems such as SAC • Experience setting up the Data Monitor, Consolidation Monitor, and tasks for eliminations • Experience reporting GR data through Fiori apps, Analysis Office, and SAC reports • Knowledge of journals and Flexi upload in Group Reporting • Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting 2022, BPC Consolidation, SAC, ABAP CDS views, S/4HANA Finance, and Fiori apps is nice to have • Graduate or postgraduate qualification • Latest GR certification is preferred
