📋 Description

• Provide high-quality behavioral health care to adult clients via video • Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapies for stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns • Develop customized mental health treatment plans and service delivery • Provide culturally responsive and culturally competent care • Build and maintain strong therapeutic alliances • Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures • Collaborate with a diverse clinical team in a client-centered environment • Participate in virtual sessions using telehealth tools such as Zoom and Google Meet

🎯 Requirements

• LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD • Current license in Washington • Master’s degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling • Must be licensed and in good standing with the governing licensing board • 1 year of related post-license clinical experience • Skilled in short-term, evidence-based therapy for diverse adult clients • Expertise in culturally responsive and culturally competent care • Willingness to deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • Must conduct all clinical sessions while physically located in the United States • Mac OS Ventura or later or Windows OS 10/11 • Computer must have the most recent security updates • Must use an unmanaged device • iOS, Android, and ChromeOS are not supported as primary devices • Must be able to communicate through Zoom and Google Meet • Must be able to move up to 10 pounds occasionally
