📋 Description

• Own clinical record reviews and audit/record requests, initially manually • Document the current process as a living SOP • Identify automation opportunities and partner with Product and Engineering to build solutions • Build and maintain an internal dashboard tracking review status and gaps • Manage an ongoing slate of clinical projects with the Clinical Success Manager • Develop new clinical resources and processes, maintain existing ones, and close identified gaps • Shape project designs, own execution, rollouts with practices, and continuous monitoring • Translate manual audit workflows into product requirements, test builds, and confirm they solve the problem • Monitor clinician feedback on tools and relay it to Product and Engineering • Support clinical functions in Mission Control and Orbit • Support clinicians with treatment planning, complex cases, and clinical decision-making • Turn recurring clinical support needs into training, resources, or process improvements • Develop BCBA and RBT competency resources and professional development training • Use quality and audit data to identify training priorities • Monitor clinical quality and drive improvement using audit data, dashboards, and clinician feedback • Identify documentation, treatment integrity, and clinical competency trends and gaps, then create training or process fixes

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a BCBA • 5+ years of clinical experience • Ideally, direct oversight of RBTs and clinical supervision of other BCBAs • Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders • Proven ability to work across internal teams and with external stakeholders • Proven ability to build training, resources, and frameworks tailored to Finni’s unique model • Ability to empower independent practice owners while supporting clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and ethical practices • Strong grounding in clinical record standards, documentation, and quality • Proficiency in Clinical Standards, Google, Messaging systems, EHR, dashboard and data analysis • Passion for quality autism care and empowering independent providers • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment and develop frameworks and protocols • Ability to own manual processes with the goal of automating them • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) status
