📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive case audits evaluating treatment planning, supervision, and client progress • Coach BCBAs one-on-one on clinical quality, documentation, and case conceptualization • Serve as a clinical resource for supervisors and BCBAs navigating complex cases • Support professional growth through individualized coaching and values-based leadership • Design and improve quality assurance processes • Develop systems to track, monitor, and resolve quality findings with clinical leadership • Turn audit findings into actionable improvements that strengthen client outcomes • Develop and present quarterly CEU trainings for BCBAs • Create educational content based on quality trends, BACB requirements, clinician feedback, and industry best practices • Support continuous learning and professional development across the clinical team • Integrate Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) into supervision, coaching, and clinical consultation • Model ACT-informed conversations promoting resilience, psychological flexibility, and values-based decision-making • Help clinicians apply ACT principles in client care and professional growth

🎯 Requirements

• Active BCBA certification in good standing • 5+ years of clinical ABA experience • Strong background in supervision, mentorship, and clinical quality improvement • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills • Passion for building systems that improve both clinician performance and client outcomes • Experience or strong interest in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) • Authorization to work in the United States • Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
