📋 Description

• Provides overall management to the project document control requirements • Oversees the development and maintenance of project document system in accordance with client requirements • Manages, maintains, and organizes project Quality and Commissioning document filing structure • Coordinates the flow of documents between project Preconstruction Managers, engineering, Quality and Commissioning, field construction team, and other departments • Maintains document control standards including version control • Assists in the creation of process documentation with the assistance of process and site subject matter experts • Proofreads newly created documents for grammatical errors and proper formatting • Engages in all aspects of process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED or An Associates Degree • Three to five years of administrative experience • Five years of administrative experience or three years field experience in construction trades • Ability to read and comprehend project specifications, submittals, and construction drawings • Travel: Up to 25%
