Fintastic is a cloud-based enterprise planning and analysis (FP&A) platform. It holds a company’s entire financial and operational model at the most granular level in a single, unified model and provides instant recalculations so teams get answers in seconds rather than days. The product is sparse-aware by design (storing memory only for cells that contain data) and uses a single calculation engine to handle arbitrary dimensions, hierarchy depth, and grain without forcing aggregation or model-splitting. An AI Agent is built directly into the planning model so users can ask natural-language questions that the agent translates into model queries and calculations grounded in the company’s actual planning logic. Fintastic integrates with systems like HRIS, Salesforce, and NetSuite and is positioned as a cloud SaaS solution for finance and planning teams at enterprise scale.

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations from discovery and solution design through go-live and post-launch support • Partner with customers to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable models, configurations, and planning solutions • Own day-to-day project execution, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication • Serve as a trusted advisor to finance and business teams • Provide guidance, training, and hands-on support to drive adoption • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D to ensure smooth handoffs, successful delivery, and continuous product improvement • Support product demonstrations and late-stage evaluations as needed from an implementation and solution feasibility perspective

🎯 Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience implementing FP&A platforms for different use cases at a software vendor or implementation partner • Strong background in FP&A with experience in financial modeling, business analytics, or enterprise planning implementations • Ability to design and explain complex data models, calculations, and planning workflows • Hands-on familiarity with planning and performance management platforms such as Anaplan, Pigment, Workday Adaptive, and Planful • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured system designs and data models • Comfort owning customer-facing projects and managing multiple workstreams in parallel • Clear, confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable presenting solutions • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
