📋 Description

• Translate client business needs into DynamicPoint product and supporting Office 365 technology configurations • Implement configurations in customer environments • Manage implementation projects to meet customer deadlines and provide status updates • Create design documentation, course materials, presentations, and other assigned deliverables on time and within scope • Provide formal training and ongoing user support • Identify and assist in closing opportunities for additional services that solve client challenges • Document requirements, scope work, and create accurate estimates for prospective client engagements • Work directly with clients and operate autonomously with little to moderate direct supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • At least 2 years’ experience in a business consulting environment, preferably a large firm, with focus in software implementation, processes and/or project-based experience • Competency using Microsoft Office 365 desktop applications for word processing, spreadsheets, and project management • Competency developing client requirement documentation, implementing software, conducting customer support sessions, and conducting training • Professional experience with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms, and PowerApps • General knowledge of industry-leading ERP applications and integration objects • SQL Server • Windows Server • Ability to work effectively in a small team environment • Strong time management and multitasking abilities • Good oral, written, and presentation skills • Experience and/or knowledge of Dynamics GP, NAV, 365, Sage, Epicor, or similar ERP solutions • Working knowledge of Power BI reporting • Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange architecture • SharePoint functional administration • PowerShell scripting • Technical support and debugging skills • Must be unable to require employer sponsorship; company is unable to sponsor work visas
