📋 Description

• Performing debt collection activities on delinquent loans. • Locating and managing member assets, making necessary adjustments to member accounts. • Performing collection activities such as communicating with members through various channels regarding past due loans and negative share accounts. • Preparing documentation for repossessions and liquidating collateral to recover outstanding debts. • Protecting FFCU assets and securing repayment as appropriate. • Engaging with members proactively to initiate and sustain positive relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED. • Experience in one or more of the following: guest relations, sales, customer service, account management or banking. • Minimum 5 years’ experience with financial institution
