📋 Description

• Manage the contract renewal cycle, including renewal quotes, customer engagement, objection handling, and securing timely renewals • Use CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and accurate forecasting • Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and key performance metrics • Apply best practices to maintain a high renewal rate • Use AI tools to improve productivity, identify market trends, and create competitive strategies • Navigate third-party value-added portals to complete the CONNECT renewal process • Obtain and deliver documentation required by Customer Service and Legal to process orders • Drive ARR growth through subscription sales and maintenance-agreement renewals • Implement customer-retention and renewal strategies • Conduct phone outreach, build customer relationships, and exceed renewal quotas • Identify and resolve customer challenges and work with Account Managers on escalated requests • Uncover potential leads through soft selling • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and deliver value-driven solutions • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical support teams • Track and report revenue growth, retention rates, pipeline health, and other sales metrics • Identify performance gaps and develop action plans • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs • Identify sales opportunities in emerging markets and underpenetrated segments • Use industry events, market research, and AI tools to expand Mastercam's presence • Provide feedback on manufacturing trends and hardships • Collaborate with Territory, Technical, and Account Managers and regional or channel partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 3–5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment • Proven success in driving revenue growth and improving customer retention • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales enablement platforms • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for communication and reporting • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams or Asana • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and AI-enabled sales tools for insights and decision-making • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities • Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Must be located in California in the San Francisco/San Jose Area
