📋 Description

• Contribute to process improvement and implementation methodology focused on getting customers to value quickly • Provide thought leadership on API integration for automation and workflow management and delivery • Account for proposed decisions and become an expert in implementing proposed solutions • Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses • Partner with users to define and analyze problems and select appropriate technical, application, or configuration solutions • Help develop, document, and manage requirements gathering throughout the project life cycle and change control • Review system test plans and test applications to ensure successful test cycles • Partner with end users to select or create test scenarios and determine whether solutions meet requirements • Serve as a functional and technical resource for project teams • Establish level-of-effort and duration estimates for projects • Build architecture best practices • Support pre-sale and post-sale customer journeys • Collaborate with security architects, infrastructure specialists, and engineering teams within customer organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience • Five or more years of business analysis and consulting experience in or with large corporations, relating to enterprise software implementation and change management • Five or more years of experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Preferred: Experience with SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS • Preferred: Familiarity with C++, Java, Python, Perl, or another programming language • Preferred: Experience implementing solutions using API Management Platforms • Preferred: Experience in technology architecture and implementation on the ServiceNow platform • Preferred: Experience across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices • Preferred: Experience with incident management, service request, problem management, change management, discovery, and CMDB • Preferred: Experience designing application deployments on AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud setups
