📋 Description

• Process inbound flow and bulk data files • Map loan data received from new and existing mortgage clients and migrate data into servicing systems • Extract, import, and export data in various database applications • Maintain data integrity by analyzing field-specific formats and layouts • Track and maintain data discrepancies and report trends to identify data anomalies • Act as point of contact for clients, internal lines of business, and servicers regarding the loan boarding process • Work with data technician consultants to update mappings, build tables, and audit data fields for formatting and implementation • Create, maintain, and distribute trial balance workbooks and conversion balancing templates • Conduct business process evaluations using data trends • Identify problems, define business process requirements, develop and implement solutions • Manage projects involving data aggregations and custom solutions • Partner with business partners and SMEs to document business processes, train offshore resources, and standardize operating procedures • Generate reports for analysis

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of directly related experience • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data and business analysis • Strong analytical skills to determine root cause of problems and apply creative/effective solutions • Data management skills • Strong business acumen • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience interfacing with clients, vendors and offshore partners • Ability to make independent approval decisions on behalf of the team • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to follow and develop data metrics and audit procedures • Strong analytical and product management skills, including understanding customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills • Self-motivated; self-starter • Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus on long-range projects and immediate tasks • Successful completion of a background check and credit check as a condition of employment, where permitted by applicable law
