📋 Description

• Partner with Client Services, Sales, and Operations to support clients throughout onboarding • Guide clients through the onboarding process and provide integration knowledge and resources • Develop expertise in product offerings • Use technical knowledge to support implementation and provide ongoing technical assistance • Serve as an important client contact through calls, presentations, and high-touch email communication • Troubleshoot production, data, and processing issues independently while collaborating across teams • Prioritize and respond to technical support tickets through the ticketing system and ensure resolution • Report to the Director and Client Services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or relevant technical certification(s) • 5+ years of experience in client support • Located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/ET) and available during international business hours • Experience working with enterprise-level clients or partners • Experience leading client presentations • Preferred: Experience working with API integrations and REST web services • Preferred: Knowledge of database structures and queries • Preferred: Knowledge of data transfer methods including SFTP and AWS S3
