📋 Description

• Analyze complex business workflow issues and understand research compliance needs within medical research • Facilitate communication among product management teams, clients, and regulatory bodies • Identify product needs and priorities • Elicit and document business and functional requirements for new products, tools, and solutions • Review current and future-state business processes and recommend workflow improvements • Conduct fit/gap analysis, feasibility studies, and business cases • Provide subject matter expertise in medical research compliance and ethics • Offer insights to product teams and committees for enhancements • Liaise between clients and product teams to optimize business processes • Coordinate user testing and support smooth system implementation • Assist with best practices and tools for escalated support • Mentor other analysts and review requirements for documentation consistency • Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to IRB compliance • Train and support stakeholders on IRB processes and regulations • Stay current with federal, state, and institutional policies on research ethics

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. work authorization • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Analytical Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields • Minimum of 3 years of business analysis experience • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Knowledge of process management and workflow optimization (preferred) • Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, Salesforce (preferred) • Experience in research administration and compliance (preferred) • Availability for occasional urgent requests outside of normal business hours
