📋 Description

• Support various areas within Workday Finance based on project needs and priorities • Complete hands-on functional and technical project activities • Provide guidance to campus resources for assigned enhancement areas • Demonstrate and explain key product features • Document requirements and design • Provide knowledge transfer to campuses and peers • Configure corresponding functionality • Assist in testing and support the rollout • Recommend solutions to System requirements • Manage the design of cross-application solutions • Escalate issues and risks • Report to the Financials Core Lead as part of the Finance/Procurement Workday Support Services team

🎯 Requirements

• The educational equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education • At least three years of experience working within the area of finance • Experience leading cross functional projects and complex initiatives • Must be able to work collaboratively and travel to campuses as needed • Proficient in multiple financial areas such as procurement, budgets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc. (preferred) • Significant experience assessing, revising, implementing and supporting business processes related to finance (preferred) • Experience with change management related to large enterprise system deployments (preferred) • Strong technical aptitude • Ability to adapt and learn quickly as priorities change • Knowledge of the process being transformed and an understanding of how the process/system integrates with other processes and initiatives • Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills • Strong organizational and task management skills • Solid analytical skills • Effective management and team skills • Ability to make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis • Ability to structure work efficiently • Ability to provide direction and use interpersonal influences to gain goal alignments with results versus activity-oriented outcomes • Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment • Must satisfy criminal background check, motor vehicle reports check, and sex offender registry screening requirements
