📋 Description

• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and document actionable insights aligned with organizational goals • Review Business Cases, contracts, and other project artifacts for alignment with business objectives and requirements • Facilitate requirements elicitation and Feature refinement sessions • Create, maintain, and align Features in ADO using Parent/Child relationships and related links • Develop process flows, context diagrams, and current or future state process flows with the Business Owner • Ensure smooth transition and alignment with the Product Owner for refinement-ready features • Use advanced modeling techniques to elicit and document requirements for complex projects with traceability • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts • Collaborate with IT, product owners, business stakeholders, and other departments to align requirements and facilitate communication • Act on dashboard and metric analysis insights to correct data and optimize business processes • Provide requirements and change-control input for project status reports to the Program/Project Manager • Partner with the Program/Project Manager to deliver Epics and Features by milestone dates • Resolve escalated items and escalate issues, risks, or blocked features with BA IV, Product Owner, BA Manager, and/or Program/Project Manager • Prepare and present reports containing findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders • Perform other duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience is required • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in requirements management is required • Master’s degree is preferred • Healthcare delivery and/or payer industry experience is preferred • Experience with Azure DevOps, Service Now, JIRA, Modern Requirements, or equivalent business requirements management tools and software development processes, including hybrid/agile, is preferred • Strong analytical skills • Track record of successful requirements delivery • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Visio • Knowledge of IT development cycle and Agile Framework • Thorough understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and requirements elicitation tools • Thorough understanding of project lifecycle processes, techniques, and tools • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with stakeholders at all levels • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Effective listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Time management skills and ability to prioritize and accomplish goals with urgency • Ability to multitask and remain flexible during organizational and/or business changes • Customer service orientation • Familiarity with the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace is preferred • Familiarity with the healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Mergers and Acquisitions is preferred • IIBA, Six Sigma, ITIL, and/or Agile, Lean, SAFe certifications are preferred • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
