📋 Description

• Own the configuration, deployment, and customer enablement of First Due's field response and operations modules: Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants, and Command. • Provide on-call complex-configuration support to Essentials. • Partner with the assigned Implementation Manager to deliver milestones on plan, surfacing risks early. • Maintain accurate project status, level-of-effort actuals, and configuration documentation in Rocketlane. • Surface product gaps, defects, and enhancement requests for the cluster to the Team Manager and Product organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of customer-facing implementation, configuration, or professional services experience in a SaaS environment, or equivalent operational experience in a fire or public safety agency. • Strong public safety industry knowledge, including fire ground operations, incident command structures, pre-incident planning, and water supply. • Demonstrated working knowledge of field response workflows and the operational contexts in which mobile response tools are used. • Familiarity with GIS and mapping concepts as applied to occupancies, hydrants, and response data. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects. • Excellent communication, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience with Rocketlane or a comparable professional services delivery platform.
