• Coordinate and track completion of title commitments for commercial transactions • Price commitments, endorsements, policies, and guarantees using applicable fee schedules • Work cross-functionally with Underwriting to review and approve deeds, operating agreements, corporate resolutions, and other documentation • Account for and disburse funds according to contract terms • Complete closings by reviewing, recording, and filing documents • Prepare and distribute final closing statements and title documents • Prepare regular escrow account status reports for transaction parties • Prepare legal documents for sale or refinance closings • Comply with and enforce regulatory requirements
• Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude • Proven problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and share • Ability to navigate internal and external resources to gather information and resolve questions • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers • Curiosity and ability to research transaction history, analyze, and evaluate records • Ability to contribute effectively to a team • Knowledge of MS Office suite • Ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies • Flexibility, multitasking ability, and capability to handle all aspects of title support • High school diploma or equivalent • 3–5 years of commercial title and escrow related experience
