• Assembles title packages and conducts title research • Documents research and processes departmental documents • Compiles and investigates tax records to determine liability • Works independently and collaborates with team members
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of commercial title searching/abstracting experience • Knowledge of company terminology and search department procedures • Internet savvy • Data entry/typing skills • Standard MS skill set • Investigative / research skills
