📋 Description

• Manage a team that underwrites, structures, and services commercial credit actions • Establish and monitor expectations to achieve company and department goals • Recommend and implement changes to team processes, procedures, and efficiencies • Manage the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff • Support associate development through formative feedback • Assist talent management strategies and promote a diverse, inclusive, and civil work environment • Evaluate and adjust the use of talent, technology, and resources within the assigned team • Recommend procedure and standards updates • Ensure team compliance with department procedures, standards, and quality production needs • Monitor performance metrics, communicate results to senior leadership, and implement performance improvements • Develop and maintain relationships with Bank leadership, peers, and lenders • Guide the team in developing strong lending relationships and improving customer experience • Provide expertise in underwriting, servicing, and activities supporting Commercial Lending • Assist Senior Leadership with risk identification and mitigation • Recommend enhancements to portfolio management and monitoring practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 12 years' experience in Commercial Lending or Credit Analysis and supervisory • Advanced skillset for commercial credit underwriting, including complex credit structures and potentially specific industries • Leadership • Partnership • Experience managing others • Microsoft Excel competency required • Strong written and verbal communication skills required • Experience working with credit exposure of $5 million and above preferred
