📋 Description

• Serve as a primary resource for bankers throughout the application process • Review loan applications and supporting documentation to determine eligibility • Verify complete loan packages and required documentation • Review applications against minimum Experian Blended Score requirements • Process loan applications and due diligence documentation accurately within service standards • Ensure loan requests comply with SBA SOP, bank policies, and program guidelines • Communicate application status, missing information, and next steps to bankers • Maintain accurate records and update banking systems throughout loan origination • Collaborate with internal partners to facilitate efficient loan processing and an exceptional customer experience • Identify and escalate issues affecting eligibility, approval, or processing timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 4 years' experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations • Customer service skills • Communication skills • Detail-oriented • Prioritization skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency with BOSS, Spark, and other applicable banking platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service and operational excellence
