📋 Description

• Ensure assigned applications work reliably and remain current at vendor-required release levels • Maintain, troubleshoot, and support systems daily • Provide application support services, including maintenance, troubleshooting, support, and release-level management • Administer and monitor application-level security, including user administration and password resets • Maintain disaster recovery plans and models • Ensure application changes follow standard processes and minimize exceptions • Monitor system efficiency, document issues, and recommend improvements • Manage the operational vendor relationship • Ensure system backups and restores occur as planned and remain reliable • Coordinate application user groups with clients as necessary • Provide backup assistance for other department staff • Assist in project planning and execution • Design and implement strategies and best practices with management • Coordinate upgrades and independently plan with other departments and change management

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) • A minimum of one (1) year of information technology or banking experience • Associate or bachelor’s degree would be a plus • Foxtrot experience would be a plus • Exposure to and understanding of bank structure/operations (general flow of business) would be a plus • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Visio would be a plus
