📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects or solution rollouts • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget • Manage internal teams and external vendors • Communicate clearly and timely with stakeholders, including executive-level sponsors • Apply project management discipline to risk management, schedule tracking, and issue resolution • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports • Facilitate meetings and track project milestones • Ensure project deliverables align with business goals • Maintain a cursory understanding of technical ecosystems used by financial institutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technology or business projects • Banking or financial services industry experience preferred • Solid understanding of banking terms, practices, and operational structure • Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • Strong skills in risk identification, issue tracking, and schedule management • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization • Candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered • PMP or other relevant certification is a plus • Understanding of technical ecosystems used by financial institutions; core-agnostic knowledge
