📋 Description

• Oversee project and programme management workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations • Direct and provide day-to-day technical oversight to the Project Management function • Ensure adherence to best practices and project success • Lead and mentor the project management team • Develop and communicate a clear vision for the department and organization • Coordinate, implement, execute, control, and successfully complete regionally assigned programs and projects • Ensure project alignment with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project efficiency, resource allocation, and risk management • Identify and address project-related challenges and implement solutions to achieve milestones and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline • Proven in-depth experience working in a clinical laboratory within a CRO, Biopharmaceutical company, or related organization • Demonstrated expertise as a Project Manager, overseeing phase II & III studies • Strong leadership skills with prior experience in mentoring, supervising, or leading teams • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 35%) • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
