📋 Description

• Provide accurate project submittals reflecting the project scope of work • Assist the estimator by reviewing scope of work and pulling bid submittals • Review awarded projects with the estimator, project manager, and financial manager • Send introduction letters to owners • Request shop drawings, material purchase order numbers, and subcontractors as needed • Prepare and submit project submittals • Request final shop drawings and roll orders after submittal approval • Review and approve roll orders for production • Send orders to production and order required project materials • Communicate with subcontractors • Keep Wrike updated with complete project information • Ensure change orders are executed during projects • Close out completed projects

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required • 2+ years’ experience in project administration • Experienced-level position • Ability to travel up to 25% • Some travel required (30%)
