📋 Description

• Plan, direct, and execute moderate to large-sized projects supporting electric utilities • Manage the full life cycle of substation or transmission projects • Oversee design, permitting, construction, community engagement, and critical project milestones • Collaborate with and lead project stakeholders and coordinate with team members worldwide • Confirm project deliverables and services exceed client satisfaction • Identify project opportunities and facilitate go/no-go decisions • Determine project fees, write proposals, prepare and lead client presentations, and negotiate contracts • Support business plan development and maintenance • Lead and support proposal efforts for profitable growth • Build teams, capture new work, and grow client relationships • Own internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management • Manage projects varying in size and complexity across multiple locations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 4 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Project Management experience directly related to transmission and substation engineering projects • Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects and/or programs with high quality on schedule and within scope and budget • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) • Preferred: 5+ years of relevant experience, including project management, program management, and engineering of transmission and substation work • Strong working knowledge of transmission electric utilities • Strong interpersonal, organizational, creative problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills • Sponsorship for US Employment Authorization is not available
