📋 Description

• Serve as the project lead and primary sponsor contact • Accountable for overall project delivery, including quality, time and cost • Establish and communicate customer expectations to the project team with minimal direction • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed • Lead cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed deliverables • Manage projects of increasing complexity, including multi-service, multi-region/country, therapeutic complexity and financial scope • Delineate responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Drive and own overall cross-functional project delivery • Ensure project-level financial stewardship through contract understanding, resource alignment, out-of-scope activity management, Con Mod negotiations and execution to timelines • Establish, communicate and manage customer expectations for optimal delivery • Drive project-level risk identification and issue resolution using RBQM/RESOLVE • Ensure project team compliance with policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project-specific requirements • Mentor team members • Develop or contribute to process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing global Oncology/Hematology trials • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 8+ years of previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize workload and resources in a frequently changing environment • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • Proactive, solutions-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities and situations • In-depth therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Advanced knowledge of cross-functional project management principles: time, quality and cost • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Strong customer service skills and ability to proactively address and prioritize expectations • Good judgment, decision-making, critical and analytical strategic thinking skills for complex/ambiguous situations • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others and achieve results, including cross-cultural awareness • Strong financial acumen and ability to proactively manage and adjust budgets, forecasts and resources • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project-specific requirements
