📋 Description

• Support strategic initiatives across the organization by leading projects from concept through execution • Build Medsien’s project management function • Partner with leaders across Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Learning & Development, Compliance, and other departments • Develop project plans from the ground up • Coordinate cross-functional teams • Drive accountability and manage timelines • Ensure projects are delivered successfully • Balance day-to-day execution with a strategic, big-picture mindset

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management or project coordination • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and solve problems independently • A strategic thinker who can see the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail • Comfortable building project plans, processes, and documentation from the ground up • Ability to thrive in ambiguity within a fast-paced, high-growth organization • Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare technology is preferred but not required
