📋 Description
• Define, plan, and execute mixed-method research to shape product strategies across banking and fintech products • Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and other teams from ideation to product launch • Lead design workshops, sprints, and collaborative planning processes • Analyze and communicate data through storytelling
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience conducting end-to-end UX research, including usability testing, surveys, ethnographic studies, and concept testing • Strong storytelling and facilitation skills • Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or a related field
