📋 Description

• Lead large-scale programs from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery against strategic objectives • Establish and execute program plans, governance structures, and operational frameworks to achieve business outcomes • Drive executive-level stakeholder engagement and maintain alignment across business, technology, operations, and client teams • Provide senior-level oversight of program execution, managing risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation paths • Develop and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, scalability, and operational effectiveness • Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business decisions • Build and maintain trusted client relationships throughout program execution, migration activities, and post-implementation support • Ensure adherence to delivery commitments, budget controls, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards • Champion best practices in program management, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives • Mentor teams and drive collaboration, innovation, and accountability across cross-functional organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise leading large, complex programs in financial services or financial technology environments • Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies, governance models, and delivery frameworks • Strong experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams • Ability to analyze complex financial, operational, and performance data to drive strategic decisions • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels • Deep understanding of debit processing, payments, banking operations, or related financial technology domains • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and lead high-visibility business transformation initiatives • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, professional training, and practical experience • Experience leading large client migration, conversion, or transformation programs • Program or project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent • Knowledge of risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies • Experience working within highly regulated financial services environments • Advanced proficiency with program portfolio management and reporting tools • Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams • For positions located in the US, conditional employment offers require a drug test
