📋 Description

• Review and process rate requests for firm offices, including approving, correcting, and updating client and matter billing rates • Maintain billing rates and attorney assignments in Aderant • Coordinate with attorneys, billing teams, and legal administrators to implement approved rate changes • Review and correct attorney pre-bills, including disbursement accuracy • Process client and matter maintenance forms and ensure quality control • Track hours worked and provide monthly reports to upper management • Collaborate on best practices, process improvements, and departmental initiatives • Support client intake processes and rate programming with the firm's pricing team • Perform data entry and ad-hoc reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience working in a law firm finance department • Working knowledge of a fully integrated accounting system • Aderant experience preferred • Law firm rates programming experience preferred • Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with the FCO and California Fair Chance Act • Relocation costs are not covered • Direct applicants only; third-party recruiters or agencies will not be considered
