• You've led content or creative teams and owned outcomes, not just tasks • You think in systems and strategy — clarity and structure excite you • You've managed content calendars, editors, and publishing pipelines at scale • Strong editorial and creative judgment — you know what makes content work • Strong writing fundamentals, especially concise, punchy hooks and captions • Analytical — you track, measure, and optimize output against goals • Comfortable giving and receiving clear, direct feedback as a leader • Write "24" under the question "favorite number?" in the application • Thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities • Personal alignment with animal-based / functional health principles
