📋 Description

• Support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries • Handle inbound participant calls, emails, and voicemails • Provide accurate answers to basic inquiries • Resolve client issues and inquiries regarding benefit programs and procedures • Respond to retirement benefit payment issues in a fast-paced service center • Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed • Escalate issues to supervisors or managers when necessary • Use Amplify, Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and other applications to manage inquiries and transactions • Document cases accurately and thoroughly in Salesforce • Promote online reviews when appropriate • Create Salesforce tickets for check copies, 1099-Rs, stop/reissue of funds, and related requests • Assist with filing, record maintenance, and document imaging • Develop understanding of company operations and client needs • Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training sessions • Provide backup support for participants and account holders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age • Background check required in accordance with state and federal laws • 1 year of previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable working with billing and account information • Strong attention to detail • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems • Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must be comfortable cross-training on other accounts • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Basic understanding of laws and regulations relating to employee benefits, particularly benefit distribution issues • Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Verified secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet service • Established dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection • Availability from 7:00am to 7:00pm CST, Monday through Friday

• Paid training, typically 1 week from 8:00am–5:00pm CST • Shift differential of $1/hour for nights and weekends • Remote work arrangement • Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week • Company-provided training and hands-on learning opportunities
