📋 Description

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future corporate hiring needs • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications, interest, and alignment with open positions • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and hiring manager communication • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in Workday and other recruitment systems

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting and/or talent sourcing • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools • Ability to recruit across a variety of corporate functions and position levels • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred • Previous experience in retail or a high-volume corporate recruiting environment is a plus
